Reading this in my third trimester and honestly it's the first pregnancy book that doesn't feel like a textbook. Meghan's real talk about body image and the newborn days is exactly what I needed, and the chapters are short enough to read during a snack break.

Got this for my sister and she couldn't put it down, she kept texting me lines from the body image chapters that felt like actual conversations we've had. It's the kind of real talk about pregnancy that makes you feel less alone, and the newborn days part is honest without being scary.

The newborn chapters are so refreshingly honest about body image, it's like hearing from a friend who's actually been through it. I bought it for a pregnant coworker, but ended up reading half of it myself before wrapping it up.
